We are looking for experienced digital marketing Account Managers with excellent people skills to help manage our client relationships. Our ideal candidate has multiple years of experience in the digital marketing vertical and has a proven track record of account management success. We are looking for AM’s who not only have great relationship building skills, but also have the ability to analyze a campaign in order to suggest the right marketing products and strategies. The right candidate will have a passion for helping their clients succeed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining relationships with our clients
- Have monthly reporting calls with clients
- Upselling digital marketing solutions when appropriate
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets/goals
- Work closely with Project Managers to onboard and support clients
- Work closely with Sales Consultants
- Continuous learning and improvement through feedback
Experience/Requirements:
- 2-5+ years in internet/digital marketing (SEO & Paid Search)
- Strong writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities; demonstrated time management skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Self motivated

Compensation:
Base depends on experience + commission.
